REFUND POLICY

 

Effective January 1, 2021: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you for your understanding

Due to every product being fulfilled as it is ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us at kinwomancollective@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and billing address. We require photo proof of any damaged products before we can replace your item(s). Thank you for your understanding!

On rare occasions, shipments may be lost or misdelivered by the post office. If your item says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait a couple of days, as sometimes packages are marked delivered early. If your shipment is lost, you will need to file a missing package claim with USPS. You can do this via their website.
